what is this art style called?

 sooo i talked about bibi1004 before, but their style, chicaloca and helen huang (responsible for some of the EAH character art we know n luvv) they have this style thats similar but it all gives different vibes

bibi's style has bright colors and is more cutesy abd bubbly

chicaloca's style is very "hip", 2000s, sleek, and stylish

helen's work is very elegant and soft, which suits the projects shes worked on, shes worked on EAH and another fairy tale related thing, it was a book series that i remember being popular but i forget what its called.
