as ive been reading old posts i saw 2 posts on feminism, the one i linked to you being the more recent and better of the two

and i feel as though i have to state my opinions, i believe men and women should have equal and equitable rights, there should be equality AND equity and to me that is the core idea of feminism

feminism is a broad term, and if you agree with what i said about men and women just now then you are a feminist, you believe in feminism, now there are different kinds

there is intersectional feminism, which i think is very important and the one that i align myself with but there are other kinds that i may not agree with, i dont know much about other forms of feminism so i cant tell you all the kinds i hate and all the kinds i love

but i can say that i am a feminist, its a not a bad word, yes it has controversial connotations but if we keep treating feminism like its a man hating club or if us women are so scared to call ourselves this, we make it have more and more of a negative connotation.

now if you read what i just said and you think im a pick me or you think im just a man hater, you didnt actually read what i said.
